Covid-19 cancellations
In case of Covid-19 restrictions (closed resort or flight cancellation), you can cancel a booking up to 72h before travelling and get a full refund -2% (our bank charges) or a full voucher for another transfer in the next 18 months.

Lyon airport information
Lyon Saint Exupery airport is divided into two main terminals, the low-cost airlines, Easyjet for example, are grouped together in a new satellite of the terminal 1. You can wait for your flight in the comfort of an international airport with bars, restaurants, shops... NH, Kyriad and Ibis hotels are available in front of terminal 1 or a few minutes away with a free shuttle. The Skicab.com taxi, minibus or coach is generally parked very near your arrival terminal. Your driver will be waiting for you with a board displaying your name in the appropriate airlines terminal.
