Covid-19 cancellations
In case of Covid-19 restrictions (closed resort or flight cancellation), you can cancel a booking up to 72h before travelling and get a full refund -2% (our bank charges) or a full voucher for another transfer in the next 18 months.

Chambery airport information
Your driver will wait for you near the luggage reception area with a sign indicating your name, If you are travelling on a very busy day and have a problem finding your driver, you can contact easily our customer service by SMS or WhatsApp. In Chambery airport there is only one terminal equipped with shops, a restaurant and a bar. The hotel, bar, restaurant Le Cervolan is about ten minutes walk outside the airport, this is a pleasant option if you have to wait for a long time.
